  7. The Correspondence Management System (CMS) prepares frequently used, user
  8. defined letters for clients.  CMS merges actual customer information into user
  9. defined letter formats and immediately prints the letters.  The system works
  10. with the RGS Software Delinquent Loan Collection System (DLCS) and Safe
  11. Deposit Box Accounting and Billing System (SDB).

  13. The letter formats are developed by the end user without programming.  Letters
  14. are formatted using a minimal number of format control codes.  The Codes
  15. include: date field insertion, today's date insertion, customer file
  16. information, dollar field value insertion, line feed, page break, fill with
  17. space (tab), requestor name insertion and end of letter.  No superfluous
  18. spaces appear around the inserted information.  Upper and lower case can be
  19. used in the letter.  The letter appears as if it were prepared on a typewriter
  20. by a professional typist.  Spanish date formats are provided.  Other language
  21. date formats will be provided as needed.
